PICKUP AND DROP-OFF
Pickup and drop-off are included from selected hotels within our designated pickup areas. Please provide your hotel name when booking.
If your hotel is not listed, please contact us through Viator before booking to confirm pickup availability and any additional transportation charges.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed through Viator messages before your tour. Please be ready in your hotel's main lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
Travel time and the estimated return time depend on your hotel's location, traffic, and the day's activities.

ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
• Ziplining: Minimum age is 5 years. Maximum weight is 400 lbs (181 kg).
• Waterslide: Minimum age is 5 years.
• Horseback riding: Children must be at least 5 years old to ride independently. Younger children may ride accompanied by a wrangler, subject to the activity team’s approval. Maximum rider weight is 450 lbs (204 kg). Riders must be able to maintain balance.
• Fitness level: A moderate level of physical fitness is required. The experience includes walking on trails and uphill sections.
• Optional participation: You may choose to skip an activity. Please contact us before booking to discuss available waiting areas or alternatives.

Ziplining | Approx. 1 hour Glide through the treetops and enjoy a thrilling view of the tropical forest. Equipment and safety instructions are provided before you begin. Horseback Riding | Approx. 25 minutes Ride along scenic nature trails and discover the peaceful countryside of Guanacaste. Waterslide | Approx. 20 minutes Disfruta de una refrescante oleada de emoción mientras te deslizas a través de exuberantes alrededores tropicales.
