Chef Ebony will have you rolling pasta and building a proper meat sauce like you have been doing it for years, and making it look easy the whole time. In this laid-back, beginner-friendly class you will mix and knead your own pasta dough, roll it into sheets and cut it into proper fettuccine ribbons before turning your attention to the Bolognese. Ground meat, tomatoes, aromatics and herbs, layered and simmered until every element of the sauce has had a chance to become something greater than the sum of its parts. By the time you toss it all together you will genuinely not believe you made it yourself. Come hungry. Leave proud.
