The experience is built around your photos, not a fixed sightseeing route. Your photographer adapts the session to the people, crowds, and conditions on the day, with natural direction when needed rather than rigid posing.
After the shoot, you receive all usable high-resolution JPEG photos—not just a small pre-selected set. You then choose the moments you personally want professionally edited and naturally retouched.
This gives you both the complete story of your session and the freedom to decide which images matter most to you.

What to expect
Meet your photographer in Higashiyama and enjoy a relaxed private portrait session through the historic streets of Kyoto.
Your photographer will guide you with posing, movement, and positioning when needed while leaving room for natural interactions and expressions. No previous photoshoot experience is required.
Possible shooting areas may include Nene-no-Michi, Ishin-no-Michi, traditional Higashiyama streets, and views of Yasaka Pagoda. The exact route is flexible and may change based on crowds, accessibility, local regulations, and conditions on the day.
After the session, all usable high-resolution JPEG photos are delivered through an online gallery. Review the complete gallery and choose your favorite images for professional editing and natural skin retouching according to your booked option.
Session duration and the number of professionally edited photos depend on the option selected when booking.
Couples, families, friends, and solo travelers are welcome. This is a photography session, not a guided sightseeing tour.
