What to expect
Elemental by Hanmer Springs is a premium, adults-only contrast therapy experience, built around the four elements — fire, air, ice and water. Guests are guided through a 75-minute ritual across four distinct rooms, using heat, cold and stillness in sequence to ease tension, sharpen the senses and restore a lasting sense of calm. Each stage of Elemental prepares the body for the next: heat opens, cold sharpens, stillness settles. Guests move through Ember and Mist — communal spaces shared with other Elemental guests — before finishing in their own private Geothermal pool.
Guests are hosted throughout by a personal Elemental Springs Attendant, from arrival to departure. The adults-only setting means no distractions and no interruptions — just 75 minutes of complete reset.
