Osaka Itami Airport Private Transfer To/From Osaka or Kyoto

Please provide the lead traveler’s full name, flight number, flight arrival or departure time, exact pickup address, exact drop-off address, passenger number, luggage quantity, hotel name if applicable, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.

For Itami Airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when a valid flight number is provided. Free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time. The driver will meet you at the confirmed arrival-area meeting point with a complimentary name sign or send detailed meeting instructions before pickup.

For hotel, apartment, station, or other city pickups, please wait at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

This is a one-way private transfer between Itami Airport and the selected Osaka City or Kyoto City service area. Return transportation, sightseeing stops, meal stops, guide service, and a guaranteed English-speaking driver are not included.

Please provide accurate passenger and luggage quantities. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate the group and luggage, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost and subject to availability. Oversized luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, and other large items must be declared in advance.

Additional waiting is charged at JPY 5,000 per hour. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.

Pickup or drop-off outside the selected Osaka or Kyoto service area requires advance confirmation and may incur an additional fee. Pickup or drop-off points may also be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by local regulations or property access rules.
