Send your pickup details, passenger number, luggage quantity, preferred route, and special requests at least 24 hours before departure.
Please select your preferred route after booking. Reasonable itinerary changes within central Sapporo may be requested in advance.
The route order and visiting time may change according to traffic, weather, attraction opening hours, parking restrictions, and local conditions.
Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.Overtime: JPY 5,000/hour for up to 14 seats; JPY 10,000/hour for 18- or 44-seat vehicles.
Night service from 22:00 to 07:00 incurs an additional fee of JPY 2,000 for all services.
For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

    Begin the day at Lake Shikotsu, a scenic caldera lake surrounded by forested mountains within Shikotsu-Toya National Park. Enjoy a relaxed walk along the lakeside, take photographs of the clear water and mountain scenery, or spend time around the visitor area before continuing south toward Noboribetsu. The boat tour is a paid activity. Boat tickets are not included，JPY 1,600 per person.
