Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed pickup points within the designated Osaka or Kyoto city service area.

Please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, preferred pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the scheduled pickup time.

For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit in advance.

For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the full address and entrance instructions.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time.

Waiting time beyond the free 30 minutes or tour overtime beyond the selected duration may require an extra fee based on vehicle type:

Vehicles with up to 14 seats: JPY 5,000 per hour.

18-seat vehicles: JPY 10,000 per hour.

Night service between 22:00 and 07:00 requires an additional JPY 2,000 per hour when pickup, drop-off, waiting time, charter time, or overtime falls within this period.

If the pickup information is incorrect or incomplete, or if we cannot contact you, the tour may not be provided as scheduled.

Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by the hotel, station, traffic conditions, mountain roads, or local regulations.

For larger vehicles, access to certain mountain roads, viewpoints, cafés, or parking areas may be restricted. The driver may arrange the nearest practical stopping point or adjust the route where necessary.

For 18-seat vehicles buses: Free cancellation is available until 72 hours before the scheduled tour start. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. For vehicles with 14 seats or fewer: Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before the scheduled tour start unless otherwise stated in the selected option. Guide add-on cancellation follows the cancellation conditions of the associated vehicle booking. IMPORTANT NIGHT VIEW NOTICE This itinerary includes Mt. Maya Kikuseidai as the preferred final sightseeing stop. However, sunset time changes significantly throughout the year, and clear night views depend on weather and visibility. The operator does not guarantee sunset, twilight, or illuminated night views. On days with fog, rain, snow, strong winds, road restrictions, parking congestion, or other safety concerns, the driver may shorten the stop, change the viewing location, adjust the route, or omit inaccessible mountain locations. Guests whose main purpose is to see the night view are recommended to select an appropriate departure time after booking based on the season and pickup location.
