Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day. If the pickup information is incomplete or incorrect, or the operator cannot contact you, the service may not be provided as scheduled.
We can help attempt the reservation on your behalf, but ticket fees and related handling costs are paid separately, and reservation is not guaranteed.
The driver-guide will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes or tour overtime beyond the selected duration may require an extra fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.
Tickets, boat rides, meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included.
If the driver-guide enters paid attractions or joins paid activities, guests cover their fee.
Nighttime service fee. The nighttime period is from 22:00 to 07:00 the following day; a surcharge of JPY 2,000 applies to services such as transfers, chartered vehicle rentals, waiting time, and overtime incurred during this period.
If multiple additional pick-up or drop-off locations are involved, a separate quote will be provided based on the actual route.

What to expect

Total duration: 3-4 hours
After booking, the service provider will verify the pickup location, number of passengers, amount of luggage, selected vehicle type, and the specific drop-off location at the Karuizawa ski area.

If necessary information is missing or the selected vehicle is unsuitable for the declared luggage, the provider may contact the lead traveler prior to the service date.

The driver will meet the passengers according to established guidelines. Before boarding, passengers should confirm the destination, number of passengers, and amount of luggage with the driver.

Passengers will then travel by private vehicle directly from central Tokyo to the confirmed ski resort, hotel, apartment, or other location within the Karuizawa ski area.

Brief stops for restroom breaks may be requested, subject to traffic, weather, parking availability, and road conditions. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, the itinerary does not include sightseeing, shopping, dining, or route changes.

Upon arrival, the driver will drop passengers off as close as possible to the entrance of the confirmed location, provided it is safe and permitted by law and regulations.

Approximately 15 minutes are allocated for drop-off and luggage unloading.

Before disembarking, passengers must ensure they have collected all suitcases, ski equipment, passports, electronic devices, valuables, and personal belongings.
