The driver-guide will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes or tour overtime beyond the selected duration may require an extra fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.
Tickets, boat rides, meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included.
If the driver-guide enters paid attractions or joins paid activities, guests cover their fee.
Nighttime service fee. The nighttime period is from 22:00 to 07:00 the following day; a surcharge of JPY 2,000 applies to services such as transfers, chartered vehicle rentals, waiting time, and overtime incurred during this period.
