This private van transfer provides direct transportation between Osaka, Kyoto, and Universal Studios Japan, helping guests avoid train transfers, crowded stations, luggage handling, and same-day taxi arrangements. Guests can choose one-way routes between Osaka, Kyoto and USJ, or same-day round-trip service for USJ routes. MAX6 options usually use an Alphard or similar vehicle for up to 6 passengers and up to 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage when fully occupied. MAX9 options usually use a Hiace or similar vehicle for up to 9 passengers and up to 10 pieces of 28-inch luggage, depending on group and luggage size. This service is suitable for families, couples, small groups, travelers with children, and guests with luggage. It is transportation only: USJ tickets, Express Passes, meals, sightseeing stops, guided commentary, tour guide service, and English-speaking driver guarantee are not included.

Pickup and drop-off are available at hotels, stations, Universal Studios Japan, or agreed locations within the selected service area. For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, train number if available, and the most convenient exit. For Universal Studios Japan pickup, the exact meeting point will be confirmed in advance according to traffic, parking, and local pickup rules.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond the free 30 minutes may require an additional fee of JPY 5,000 per hour. If guests cannot be reached or do not appear at the pickup point after the free waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Please make sure your contact details and pickup information are accurate. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or the supplier cannot contact you, the service may not be provided and no refund may be issued.

What to expect

After booking, guests must provide the pickup address, drop-off address, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact. For round-trip options, guests must also provide the preferred return pickup time.

The supplier will review the booking details and confirm whether the selected route, vehicle type, passenger count, and luggage amount are suitable. If any required information is missing or unclear, the supplier may contact guests before the service date.

Before the scheduled pickup time, the driver or supplier may contact guests to confirm the meeting point, vehicle information, and pickup instructions. Guests should keep their phone or WhatsApp available on the service day.

At the scheduled pickup time, the driver will meet guests at the agreed pickup location, such as a hotel lobby, hotel entrance, station area, Universal Studios Japan pickup point, or another confirmed meeting point. The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time.

If guests are late for more than 30 minutes, an additional waiting fee of JPY 5,000 per hour may apply. If guests cannot be contacted or do not appear at the pickup point after the free waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

After meeting the driver, guests should confirm the destination and load their luggage into the vehicle. Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle type, passenger count, and suitcase size. Guests are responsible for checking that all personal belongings and valuables are with them.

The driver will provide direct private transportation to the booked destination. This is a transfer service only. Guided commentary, sightseeing stops, attraction tickets, meals, and extra detours are not included unless confirmed in advance.

For one-way options, the service ends when guests arrive at the selected drop-off location. For round-trip options, the first transfer ends at the destination, and the return transfer will take place at the agreed return pickup time on the same calendar day.

Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the agreed location where stopping is legally and safely permitted. Pickup or drop-off points may be adjusted if required by traffic, parking rules, hotel rules, station rules, Universal Studios Japan rules, or local regulations.

Before leaving the vehicle, guests should check their seat area and luggage carefully. Guests are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, and personal belongings.
