This private van transfer provides direct transportation between Osaka, Kyoto, and Universal Studios Japan, helping guests avoid train transfers, crowded stations, luggage handling, and same-day taxi arrangements. Guests can choose one-way routes between Osaka, Kyoto and USJ, or same-day round-trip service for USJ routes. MAX6 options usually use an Alphard or similar vehicle for up to 6 passengers and up to 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage when fully occupied. MAX9 options usually use a Hiace or similar vehicle for up to 9 passengers and up to 10 pieces of 28-inch luggage, depending on group and luggage size. This service is suitable for families, couples, small groups, travelers with children, and guests with luggage. It is transportation only: USJ tickets, Express Passes, meals, sightseeing stops, guided commentary, tour guide service, and English-speaking driver guarantee are not included.
Please provide your exact pickup address, drop-off address, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact after booking. If you book a round-trip option, please also provide your preferred return pickup time.
Pickup and drop-off are available at hotels, stations, Universal Studios Japan, or agreed locations within the selected service area. For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, train number if available, and the most convenient exit. For Universal Studios Japan pickup, the exact meeting point will be confirmed in advance according to traffic, parking, and local pickup rules.
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond the free 30 minutes may require an additional fee of JPY 5,000 per hour. If guests cannot be reached or do not appear at the pickup point after the free waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
