What to expect
Before the service date, guests may receive pickup instructions, driver details, and vehicle information. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day.
For Kansai International Airport arrival pickup, the driver will meet guests at the arrival area with a name sign. When the flight number is provided, the driver will monitor the flight status and arrange pickup according to the actual landing time.
For hotel, accommodation, or city pickup, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time. Guests should wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or agreed meeting point.
After meeting the driver, guests should confirm the destination and luggage quantity before boarding. The vehicle arrangement is based on the passenger and luggage information provided during booking.
The driver will provide direct private transportation between Kansai International Airport, Osaka, or Kyoto. This is a transfer service only. Sightseeing stops, detours, guided commentary, meals, and other additional services are not included unless arranged separately.
Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the confirmed hotel, accommodation, airport terminal, station, or agreed location where stopping is legally permitted.
Before leaving the vehicle, guests should check their luggage and personal belongings carefully.
