For Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) or Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) arrival pickup, the driver will meet guests at the designated arrival area with a complimentary name sign.

Airport arrivals include 90 minutes of free waiting time calculated from the actual flight landing time when a correct flight number is provided.

For Chengdu East Railway Station or Chengdu South Railway Station pickup, please provide your train number, arrival time, passenger name, and reachable contact details. The exact meeting point will be confirmed before service. Railway station pickups also include complimentary name-sign service.

For hotel, accommodation, or city pickups, please wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time.

All booked transfers include up to 90 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting beyond the free period may require an extra waiting charge.

For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional CNY 30 late-night service fee applies per vehicle unless already included in the selected option.

Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. Incorrect or incomplete flight, train, hotel, or contact information may affect the pickup arrangement.

Pickup or drop-off locations may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by airport, railway station, hotel, traffic, or local regulations.

Pickup or drop-off outside the standard Chengdu urban service area may require prior confirmation and an additional charge.

What to expect

After booking, the supplier will review the selected route, passenger number, luggage quantity, pickup location, destination, and flight or train information.

If any required information is missing or unclear, the supplier may contact the lead traveler before the service date.

Before pickup, guests may receive the driver's contact information, vehicle information, meeting point, and pickup instructions. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp available.

For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight when the correct flight number is provided. After landing and collecting luggage, meet the driver at the confirmed arrival area. The driver will hold a complimentary name sign.

For Chengdu East Railway Station or Chengdu South Railway Station pickups, meet the driver at the confirmed station meeting point after arrival. Name-sign meet-and-greet service is included.

For hotel or accommodation departures, the driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.

Each transfer includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting time according to the applicable pickup arrangement.
