For airport arrivals, flight monitoring is available when the correct flight number is provided, with 90 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. For Sapporo city pickup, 30 minutes of free waiting is included from the scheduled pickup time. The service can be used from CTS to Sapporo or from Sapporo to CTS; return transfer is not included. This is private transfer only. No guide, English-speaking driver, sightseeing stops, meals, or extra waiting time are included.
Pickup is available between New Chitose Airport and the selected Sapporo service area.
For airport pickup, please provide your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, terminal, lead traveler name, passenger count, luggage count, drop-off address, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. The lead traveler name is needed for the free airport name sign service.
If the correct flight number is provided in advance, we can monitor the flight status and adjust for normal arrival delays. Airport arrival pickup includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time.
For hotel, accommodation, station, or city pickup, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, destination terminal, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp. City pickup includes up to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup information is incorrect, incomplete, or we cannot contact you, the transfer may not be provided as scheduled.
Pickup or drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, station, traffic, snow conditions, police instruction, or local regulations.
Please provide the exact passenger count and luggage quantity after booking. Luggage space depends on the selected vehicle, passenger count, and suitcase size. If actual passengers or luggage exceed the selected option capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required, subject to availability and extra cost.
