This route is ideal for travelers who want to see a different side of Hokkaido beyond the city: caldera lake views, steaming volcanic valleys, hot-spring landscapes, mountain air, and dramatic nature shaped by eruptions. Around Lake Toya, enjoy wide water views, peaceful lakeside scenery, and photo stops with mountains in the background. At Showa Shinzan and the Mt. Usu Ropeway area, guests can see active volcanic landforms and may take the ropeway at their own expense if time and operation allow. Please contact us 24 hours before departure with pickup details, group size, luggage, preferred stops, and requests.
