Sapporo-Niseko Private One-Way Transfer

Pickup and drop-off are available between Sapporo city and the main Niseko resort areas, including Hirafu, Niseko Village, and Annupuri. Locations outside the standard service area require advance confirmation and may incur an additional charge.

After booking, please provide your exact hotel or accommodation name, full address, preferred pickup time, passenger number, luggage quantity, ski or snowboard equipment, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed time. For apartments, chalets, lodges, and private accommodations, the meeting point may be adjusted according to access, parking, snow conditions, or local stopping restrictions.

Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Waiting beyond this period may incur an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.

Vehicle capacity must match both passenger and luggage requirements. The up-to-6 option accommodates up to four large 28-inch suitcases. The up-to-9 option accommodates up to fifteen large 28-inch suitcases under standard conditions. Ski and snowboard equipment uses luggage space and may reduce suitcase capacity.

If the actual passenger number, luggage, or ski equipment exceeds the selected vehicle capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost, subject to availability.

This is a direct private transfer only. Sightseeing, shopping, restaurant stops, and additional destinations are not included unless confirmed in advance.

Night service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 fee.

Travel time may increase due to snow, traffic, road closures, weather, and winter road conditions.
