This service can be used either from Sapporo to Niseko or from Niseko to Sapporo. Return transfer is not included. Travel time is usually around 2.5 hours, but may vary depending on traffic, snow, road conditions, hotel location, and peak ski-season congestion.
This is a private transfer service only. No guide, English-speaking driver, sightseeing stops, meals, drinks, or extra waiting time are included. Pickup details:

Pickup is available between Sapporo city and the main Niseko resort areas, including areas such as Hirafu, Niseko Village, and Annupuri. Pickup or drop-off outside the standard service area may require advance confirmation and additional charges.
For Sapporo pickup, please provide the exact hotel name, building name, full pickup address, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, ski or snowboard gear if any, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.
For Niseko pickup, please provide the exact hotel, apartment, lodge, chalet, or meeting point name, full address, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, ski or snowboard gear if any, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp.
For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. For apartments, lodges, chalets, or private accommodations, please wait at the main building entrance unless another meeting point is confirmed.
The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes or transfer delay caused by passenger lateness may require an extra fee.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup information is incorrect, incomplete, outside the service area, or we cannot contact you, the transfer may not be provided as scheduled.
Please provide the exact passenger count, luggage quantity, and ski/snowboard gear details after booking. Luggage space depends on the selected vehicle, passenger count, suitcase size, and equipment size. If actual passengers, luggage, or ski gear exceed the selected option capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required, subject to availability and extra cost.

How the Transfer Works – Step by Step

1. Book Your Private Transfer
Select your preferred pickup city (Sapporo or Niseko), travel date, time, and number of passengers. Please provide your full pickup and drop-off address when booking.

2. Confirmation and Pre-Trip Coordination
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your contact details.
A few days before your travel date, your customer support team will contact you to reconfirm your pickup details and ensure everything is properly arranged.

On the evening before your transfer, your assigned driver will contact you directly to reconfirm the pickup time and meeting point.

3. Driver Assignment
A professional local driver will be assigned prior to your travel date. All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and well-maintained for Hokkaido road conditions.

4. Pickup at Your Accommodation
Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby or designated address at the scheduled time.
If staying in an apartment or private residence, please wait outside the main entrance.

Please be ready 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

5. Comfortable Intercity Journey
Enjoy a private vehicle exclusively for your group. The journey between Sapporo and Niseko typically takes approximately 2–2.5 hours depending on traffic and weather conditions.

6. Direct Drop-Off
You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or specified address in your destination city. Your driver will assist with luggage upon arrival.
