This is a shared small-group tour charged per person. Guests may share the vehicle with other travelers. This is not a private tour, and the route, departure time, and stop times must follow the shared group schedule.

For the meeting point option, please meet at JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the confirmed departure time. The vehicle cannot wait long for late guests on a shared departure. Late arrival may be treated as a no-show.

For the hotel pickup option, pickup is available from selected hotels within Tokyo 12 wards. Please provide your hotel name, full address, lead traveler name, passenger count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking and may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, and pickup order.

Hotel pickup location must be confirmed with us after booking. If your hotel is farther from the standard pickup route or outside the usual pickup area, an additional pickup fee may apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether your address can be arranged and whether any extra fee is required.

Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day. If we cannot contact you, or if the pickup information is incorrect or incomplete, the tour may not be provided as scheduled.

This tour uses a shared air-conditioned vehicle. Large luggage is not recommended for this shared day tour. If you need to bring luggage, please contact us in advance. Luggage space is limited and depends on the assigned vehicle and group size.

Mt. Fuji visibility depends on weather, clouds, and seasonal conditions and cannot be guaranteed. On weekends, Japanese holidays, and peak travel dates, traffic around Tokyo and the Fuji area may be heavy. Return time may be delayed, and the route order or stop times may be adjusted.

Optional Lake Yamanaka cycling is available only when the cycling option is booked in advance. Please select the cycling option at the time of booking if you would like to include this experience. Cycling availability still depends on weather, road conditions, bicycle availability, safety rules, and local operating conditions.

Alternatively, guests may choose to visit Benifuji no Yu hot spring at their own expense. If Benifuji no Yu is closed, the stop may be changed to another Fuji-area hot spring such as Fujiyama Onsen, subject to opening conditions and route feasibility.
