Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed pickup points within Tokyo’s 23 wards.

After booking, please provide the complete pickup address, hotel or building name, entrance details, requested pickup time, passenger count, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or near the main entrance at the confirmed time.

For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit in advance.

For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the complete address and clear entrance instructions.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time.Waiting beyond the included 30 minutes or service beyond the selected duration requires an additional overtime fee according to the selected vehicle type.The overtime fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, JPY 10,000 per hour for an 18-seat Coaster and a 44-seat bus.

For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

Night service from 22:00 to 07:00 incurs an additional fee of JPY 2,000 for all services.

Pickup and drop-off points must provide a safe and legally permitted place for the vehicle to stop.

Late departure reduces the sightseeing time available within the booked service duration.
