This is a private one-way arrival transfer from Haneda Airport (HND) to one confirmed hotel or accommodation within Tokyo’s 23 wards.

After booking, please provide the lead traveler’s full name, airline, flight number, scheduled and actual arrival information if available, arrival terminal, exact Tokyo hotel or accommodation name and full address, passenger number, luggage quantity and size, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.

When a valid flight number is provided, we will monitor the flight and arrange pickup according to the actual landing time.

After immigration, baggage collection, and customs, proceed to the confirmed airport meeting area. The driver will meet you with a name sign. Detailed meeting instructions may vary by terminal and will be confirmed before pickup.

Free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time. If you expect immigration, baggage collection, customs, or other circumstances to take longer, please contact us as soon as possible.

Waiting beyond the free period is charged at JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000 per hour for 18-seat Coaster and 44-seat bus options.

Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.

Please provide accurate passenger and luggage information. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate your group and luggage, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at extra cost and subject to availability.

Drop-off is available at one confirmed hotel or accommodation within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Locations outside the service area require advance approval and an additional quotation.

What to expect

After booking, please provide your flight number, airline, arrival terminal, lead traveler contact information, exact Tokyo hotel or accommodation address, passenger number, and luggage quantity.

When a valid flight number is provided, the flight will be monitored and pickup will be arranged according to the actual landing time.

After landing, complete immigration, collect your luggage, clear customs, and proceed to the confirmed arrival meeting area. Your driver will meet you with a name sign displaying the lead traveler’s or confirmed group name.

Haneda Airport arrival pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual flight landing time.

Before boarding, please confirm your destination, passenger number, and luggage quantity with the driver. Vehicle arrangements are based on the information supplied after booking.

You will then travel directly by private vehicle from Haneda Airport to your confirmed hotel or accommodation within Tokyo’s 23 wards.

This is a one-way transfer service only. Sightseeing, shopping, restaurant stops, additional stops, detours, guided commentary, and route changes are not included unless confirmed in advance.

Travel time depends on traffic conditions and the exact Tokyo destination.
