Pickup details:

Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed locations within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Airport and cruise port pickup are not included in the standard city-tour options and require advance confirmation.

After booking, please provide the exact hotel or accommodation name, full address, building name, preferred pickup time, actual passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. For station pickup, provide the station name, arrival time, train information, and preferred exit. For apartments or private accommodations, provide the full address, building name, entrance instructions, and a nearby legal stopping point if available.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond the free period or service beyond the selected 10-hour duration may require an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.

Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day. If the pickup information is incorrect or incomplete, or if we cannot contact you, the tour may not operate as scheduled.

Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by the hotel, station, attraction, traffic conditions, police instructions, or local regulations.

A pickup time between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM is recommended for guests who wish to finish the tour with night views. An earlier departure may finish before sunset, while a later departure may reduce the available time at daytime attractions.
