Make the most of your cruise stop in Yokohama with a private 10-hour shore excursion designed around your ship schedule. Travel by private vehicle from the confirmed cruise terminal and explore Yokohama’s traditional gardens, historic districts, Chinatown, and modern waterfront without relying on public transport.

The default route is: Yokohama Cruise Port → Sankeien Garden → Harbor View Park & Yamate → Yokohama Chinatown → Yamashita Park → Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse → Minato Mirai → Yokohama Cruise Port. Depending on opening hours and remaining time, one optional museum stop may be added.

Please contact us at least 24 hours before departure if you wish to adjust the route. Actual stops and sightseeing time may change due to traffic,port conditions, and your ship’s schedule. Returning to the cruise ship on time is always the priority.

The overtime fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer
The overtime fee is JPY 10,000 per hour for vehicles with 18 seats
First baby seat free; additional seats are 2,000 JPY each.
Second and subsequent baby/infant seats: JPY 2,000 each

Meeting and pickup

Pickup details:

Pickup and return are arranged at the confirmed Yokohama cruise terminal or another port meeting point approved in advance.

After booking, please provide your cruise ship name, cruise line, port and terminal name, scheduled docking time, scheduled departure time, the latest time you must return to the ship, passenger number, luggage quantity if applicable, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.

The exact meeting point may change depending on terminal access rules, immigration procedures, vehicle size, port traffic, and local stopping restrictions. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day.

For cruise passengers, sightseeing time begins after the group has completed immigration and met the driver. Delays in disembarkation may reduce the time available at sightseeing stops.

The itinerary will always be adjusted with priority given to returning to the cruise terminal before the required ship boarding time.

Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Additional waiting or service beyond the selected duration is charged at JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles up to 14 seats and JPY 10,000 per hour for the 18-seat Coaster.

Large vehicles may not be able to stop directly at the cruise terminal exit, hotel entrance, or attraction entrance. Guests may be asked to walk to a designated nearby pickup point.
