This private shore excursion connects Yokohama Port with four contrasting sides of Hakone in one continuous route: volcanic Owakudani, a pirate-ship cruise across Lake Ashi, the spiritual atmosphere of Hakone Shrine, and the outdoor art of the Hakone Open-Air Museum.

Unlike tours that require travelers to navigate trains, buses, ropeways, and lake transport independently, this experience includes a private vehicle throughout the day. While guests enjoy the one-way Lake Ashi cruise, the driver repositions the vehicle and meets the group at the arrival port, avoiding unnecessary backtracking.

The itinerary is designed around cruise schedules. Pickup and return times can be coordinated with the confirmed ship arrival and all-aboard time, while maintaining a reasonable return buffer whenever possible.

The route may be adjusted according to traffic, weather, volcanic restrictions, cruise schedules, museum hours, parking conditions, and the time available before the ship’s departure.

    Take a one-way sightseeing cruise from Togendai toward Hakone-machi or Moto-Hakone. The driver will meet the group at the arrival port. Operation is subject to weather, maintenance, water conditions, and timetable changes. Enjoy lunch near Lake Ashi or Moto-Hakone. Meals are at your own expense.
