Choose a one-way or round-trip option according to your travel plan. Vehicle options are available for private groups of up to 6, 9, or 18 guests, making the service suitable for couples, families with children, groups carrying strollers, and larger traveling parties.

What to expect
After booking, the supplier will review the selected option, passenger number, luggage quantity, hotel address, Disney park or resort hotel, pickup time, and contact information.
If any required details are missing or unclear, the supplier may contact the lead traveler before the service date.
Before pickup, the supplier may send the driver’s name, contact number, vehicle information, license plate number, meeting point, and pickup instructions. Driver details are generally provided before the service date and may be subject to operational changes.
For hotel pickup, the driver will arrive at the confirmed hotel entrance, lobby pickup point, or another location where stopping is legally permitted.
For Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea pickup, the driver will wait at the confirmed private vehicle, taxi, coach, or designated pickup area according to the selected vehicle type and current Disney Resort traffic regulations.
Guests should arrive at the meeting point at the confirmed time and keep their phone or WhatsApp available.
After meeting the driver, guests should confirm the destination, passenger number, and luggage quantity before boarding.
The driver will provide direct private transportation between the confirmed Tokyo hotel and Tokyo Disney Resort.
This is a private transfer service only. Sightseeing stops, shopping stops, restaurant visits, guided commentary, park admission tickets, meals, and itinerary changes are not included unless separately confirmed in advance.
For one-way options, the service covers one transfer in either direction:
Tokyo hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort or Tokyo Disney Resort to Tokyo hotel
The return transfer is not included in a one-way option.
For round-trip options, the service includes two transfers:
Tokyo hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo Disney Resort to Tokyo hotel
The outbound and return transfers must take place on the same day.
Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at the confirmed hotel, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Disney Resort hotel, or the nearest legally permitted stopping point.
Before leaving the vehicle, guests should carefully check their luggage, phones, wallets, park souvenirs, tickets, and other personal belongings.
