Explore Tokyo’s traditional landmarks and modern districts on a private vehicle tour designed for travelers who want to see more of the city without relying on trains or public transportation. Enjoy hotel pickup within central Tokyo and travel comfortably between major sightseeing areas.
The standard route is: Hotel → Senso-ji Temple → Tokyo Skytree exterior → Meiji Jingu Shrine → Shibuya Crossing → Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden → Hotel. Alternative routes focusing on central Tokyo, waterfront areas, shopping, or nightlife may be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
The total service duration is 10 hours, including pickup, driving, sightseeing, meal time, waiting, and drop-off.
For groups of up to 6 or 9 guests, an English-speaking driver-guide provides driving, route communication, and basic sightseeing assistance. This is not a licensed professional guide service. Larger vehicle options provide vehicle and driver service only; an English-speaking driver is not guaranteed.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or other agreed locations within the Tokyo city area, subject to advance confirmation.
After booking, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel or accommodation name, building name, entrance details, preferred pickup time, total number of passengers, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact.
For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit in advance. For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the full address and detailed entrance instructions.
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond the free 30 minutes or service exceeding the included 10 hours may require an additional fee based on the selected vehicle.
Overtime charges are:
Vehicles for up to 13 guests: JPY 5,000 per hour.
18-seat vehicle: JPY 10,000 per hour.
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If the pickup information is incorrect or incomplete, or if we are unable to contact you, the service may not be provided as scheduled.
Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by hotel rules, station regulations, road conditions, traffic controls, or local laws.
This is a 10-hour private vehicle service calculated from the scheduled pickup time until the final drop-off. The itinerary must be completed within the booked service time.
A special cancellation policy applies to 18-seat Coaster minibuses and 44-seat coaches. Cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.
