We carry out the activity with small groups, this allows each person to obtain the best experience. In addition, each activity is accompanied by a Marine Biologist who will share the most up-to-date and relevant information about whales.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will meet you at your hotel door, Airbnb or hostel, we will send a message a day early with your pickup schedule and upon arrival so you know we are there ready for the trip!
Our staff will be waiting for you on Paseo Álvaro Obregón on the corner of Agustín Arreola, they will identify you with a white t-shirt with the Baja Whales logo. We do not have our own parking lot, for the rest of the group we will only give 10 minutes of tolerance.
What to expect
Upon arrival, we boarded a panga-type boat and traveled through the mangroves to the viewing area. During the navigation we have the possibility to observe birds, dolphins, and other species of the region.
The sighting has an approximate duration of 2 hours, during which we observe the majestic gray whale in its natural habitat.
WE DO NOT HARASS THE WHALES. We don't chase them, we don't surround or force any encounter. Species protection is a fundamental part of our experience. If a whale decides to approach, we enjoy that unique moment.
Throughout the tour, we have a Marine Biologist/Naturalist guide who shares information about the whales, the ecosystem, and the local fauna.
After the sighting, we returned to the port to enjoy a local meal for approximately 1.30 hours.
Finally, we return to La Paz and leave our visitors at the same pick-up point.
Schedules may vary depending on weather and navigation conditions, please pay close attention to your contact methods a few days before.
