Hassle-free transport of your luggage from your cruise ship to your hotel in the center of Copenhagen.
2 airline-size pieces of luggage + 2 hand luggage and 2 travel suit carriers, per person.
Max. 16 people's luggage can be handled.
Luggage limitations: Airline style: 90 x 75 x 43cm / 23kg - 35inch x 29 x 16inch / 50pounds.

What to expect

Luggage will be pickup about 10 minutes before the tour bus arrives for your day tour
.
Luggage pickup at CPH airport most be thoroughly coordinated with flight schedule and the tour bus schedule.
Delayed flight might cause you to miss the tour. A limited refund is in the case offered.
Contact Ophelia Tours immediately in case of flight delays in order for re-booking of your tour ticket or cancellation of the luggage service and tour.
- Standard cancellation generally apply, but in case you want to re-book for another day a reduced refund on the unused luggage service will be issued.
(In case of a alternative tour date, this can not be cancelled or refunded if not used)

Luggage will be transported from the cruise ship to a hotel in the center of Copenhagen if the hotel has reception.
We can't deliver to the location without reception!
The luggage will be delivered to the hotel before 1200 same day, as you do the tour. So the luggage is at your hotel when you return from the tour.
