Gather around a warm bonfire in a cozy riverside tent, overlooking the iconic Nusamai Bridge and Kushiro’s famous sunset, known as one of the world’s three most beautiful.
Enjoy the KUSHIRO Standard Course, a traditional Japanese robatayaki (charcoal-grilled dining) experience featuring Kushiro’s famous overnight-dried Atka mackerel, fresh locally sourced seafood, and regional specialties.
Grill fresh local ingredients over charcoal at your own table and discover the authentic flavors of Kushiro’s rich culinary heritage.
Available for lunch, sunset, or dinner, this approximately two-hour experience combines delicious local cuisine, beautiful winter scenery, and the warmth of a cozy bonfire.
