We offer door-to-door pickup from any hotel, Airbnb, private residence, or other accommodation within San Miguel de Allende.
Your professional bilingual driver will arrive at the address you provide at your selected pickup time (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM). Please be ready in the hotel lobby or outside your accommodation at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
If you're staying in a location with restricted vehicle access, we'll contact you in advance to arrange the nearest convenient pickup point.
Please provide your pickup address when booking. If you need to update your pickup location after booking, simply contact us at least 24 hours before departure.
Our private service accommodates up to 6 passengers, and you'll travel directly to your destination in Mexico City or Mexico City International Airport (AICM) without sharing the vehicle with other travelers.
