What's Included
Meeting and pickup
This is a private round-trip transfer between Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende.
For the first transfer, your driver will pick you up at your selected address in Mexico City at your preferred time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, then drive you directly to your destination in San Miguel de Allende.
For the return transfer, your driver will pick you up in San Miguel de Allende on your selected return date, also at your preferred time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and take you back to Mexico City or Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
Please provide both pickup addresses, both drop-off addresses, travel dates, preferred pickup times, and flight information if airport pickup or drop-off is required.

What to expect
Choose your departure and return dates, provide your pickup and drop-off addresses, select your preferred pickup times (between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM for both transfers), and indicate the number of passengers (up to 6).
2. Confirmation & Driver Details
After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your service confirmation and pickup instructions. If needed, we'll contact you to verify your addresses, flight information, or any special requests.
3. Pickup in Mexico City
On your departure date, your professional bilingual driver will arrive at your hotel, Airbnb, private residence, or Mexico City International Airport (AICM) a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Please be ready at the main entrance or hotel lobby. If your location has restricted vehicle access, we'll arrange the nearest convenient pickup point in advance.
4. Journey to San Miguel de Allende
Enjoy a comfortable, non-shared ride in a modern executive vehicle with air conditioning. The journey takes approximately 4 to 5 hours, depending on traffic, and your driver will take the most efficient route.
5. Arrival in San Miguel de Allende
You'll be dropped off directly at your hotel, Airbnb, private residence, or any address within San Miguel de Allende.
6. Return Pickup
On your selected return date, your driver will pick you up from your accommodation in San Miguel de Allende at your preferred time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please be ready a few minutes before departure.
7. Return to Mexico City
Relax during your private transfer back to Mexico City. Your driver will take you directly to your hotel, Airbnb, private residence, business location, or Mexico City International Airport (AICM), where the service concludes.
Throughout both transfers, your driver will assist with luggage, and your vehicle will be reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free experience from start to finish.
