Meeting and pickup
Follow Google Maps to our restaurant. If you find yourself at a gate that reads “An Nhien Garden” with no restaurant in sight, you are exactly where you need to be. Step inside this quiet hidden gem, gently tucked behind our family home, and let the world soften and fall away behind you.
What to expect
After the historical and cultural stories, guests are shown the Open Space Art Exhibition with 50+ artworks ranging from ancient rock arrangements to contemporary sculptures and abstract paintings.
Finally, guests are to sit down and begin the cookery class, instructed by An Nhien Garden's chef. Our chef will show guests how to make two of the restaurant's most popular dishes: Fig and king oyster mushroom salad, and An Nhien rolls.
A full-course meal is included in the package and will follow as soon as the cookery class is finished.
