- Please note: The minimum age for passengers is 10 years old. Children must be able to sit securely on the scooter, comfortably reach the footrests, and wear a properly fitted safety helmet. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you would like younger children to participate, please contact us before booking so we can advise on the available options.
- This experience operates in most weather conditions. Rain ponchos are provided if needed. In the event of severe weather that makes the tour unsafe, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing a light jacket, as it may feel cooler while riding.
- Small bags and backpacks are welcome. For safety reasons, large suitcases and oversized luggage cannot be accommodated during the tour.
- Certified helmets are provided and must be worn throughout the experience. A safety briefing will be given before departure.
- The route may be adjusted depending on traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or special events to ensure the best possible experience.
- We'll make several carefully selected stops at some of Paris's most scenic locations, giving you time to admire the views and capture memorable photos.
- All landmarks are viewed from the outside. Entry to monuments, museums, or attractions is not included
- Participants must follow the guide's safety instructions at all times. Helmets must be worn throughout the experience.
- The rental partner reserves the right to refuse the rental if the required documents are not provided, the licence is not valid, or the participant is deemed unable to safely operate the scooter. No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Drivers are responsible for complying with the rental partner's terms and conditions, including any applicable insurance coverage, excess, or liability for damage to the scooter.
- For safety reasons, this experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with serious back, neck, or mobility issues. Participants should be able to mount and dismount the scooter independently and maintain a stable seated position throughout the ride.
- Passenger weight limits are subject to the scooter manufacturer's safety recommendations. Please contact us before booking if any participant weighs more than 100 kg (220 lbs) so we can confirm the most suitable arrangement.
- Previous scooter or motorcycle experience is not required. However, drivers must be comfortable balancing and controlling a two-wheeled vehicle, similar to riding a bicycle. If you are not confident balancing or have never ridden a bicycle, this experience is not recommended.
- Alcohol or drug consumption before or during the tour is strictly prohibited for drivers.
