Arrivals at the airport: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JEG-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the exit of the airport. terminal. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGIO" located just a few steps from the exit.
If your transportation service is Round Trip, we will contact you one day before your departure date, we will ask for your room number and we will confirm the pickup for the next day.
What to expect
2. Before you arrive. We contact you by WhatsApp the day before or the day of your service with your driver's name and direct phone number, and we track your flight's actual landing time.
3. Meeting us at the airport. A greeter from our team — separate from your driver — waits for you holding a sign with your full name and our company logo. Terminal A: the meeting point is the JET-LAG restaurant, a few metres from the terminal exit. Terminal B: the meeting point is the REFUGIO restaurant, a few steps from the exit. Our greeter identifies you, takes care of your luggage and walks you to your driver.
4. Wait time included. There is no charge for flight or immigration delays: we wait up to 80 minutes after your flight lands.
5. The transfer. We drive you directly to your hotel in our own vehicle. A baby seat is available at no charge.
6. Arrival. Your driver drops you at your hotel entrance and makes sure all your luggage is with you.
7. Round trip bookings. We contact you the day before your departure to confirm the pickup for the following day, ask for your room number, and confirm the pickup time in your hotel lobby.
