Please consider the following before your tour:
Some hotels, resorts, gated properties, or private complexes do not permit transportation vehicles to enter their facilities. In those cases, pickup will be scheduled at the closest entrance, access point, or authorized location available.
There are also accommodations located in areas where vehicle access may be difficult because of narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked access, or security restrictions. When this applies, the nearest practical meeting point will be assigned.
Pickup time changes depending on your hotel, area, and selected departure.
For the 9:00 AM tour, the estimated pickup windows are:
• Playa del Carmen: 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM
• Riviera Maya: 7:45 AM to 8:50 AM
• Tulum: 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM
For the 1:00 PM tour, the estimated pickup windows are:
• Playa del Carmen: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Riviera Maya: 11:40 AM to 12:50 PM
• Tulum: 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM
The time displayed on your ticket refers to the official tour start time. It is not your exact pickup time.
If your hotel does not appear on the pickup list, please contact us before booking or before your travel date so we can confirm whether pickup is possible from your location or indicate the closest available meeting point.
One day before your scheduled excursion, we will send a final confirmation message to the contact information provided in your reservation. This message will include your exact pickup time and assigned pickup location.

The experience begins in with pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point. Once everyone is aboard, travelers can settle in and get ready for a day that blends ancient Maya history, cenote waters, and local Mexican flavors.

1Tulum
Travelers will visit the famous Tulum Ruins, one of the most scenic archaeological sites in the Mexican Caribbean. Built near the coastline, this ancient Maya city offers a powerful mix of history, stone architecture, and ocean views. A certified guide will lead a 1-hour guided tour, sharing the stories, cultural meaning, and importance of the site. Afterward, travelers will have approximately 1 hour of free time to walk at their own pace, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere of this iconic landmark.

After the archaeological visit, travelers will continue to a sacred cenote for a refreshing swim in natural freshwater. This stop brings a peaceful change of rhythm after walking through Tulum, with time to enjoy the water, relax, and take beautiful photos in a natural setting. 3Tulum
Travelers will finish the main part of the experience with lunch at a small local restaurant in Tulum. This stop adds a warm and authentic flavor to the day, giving guests time to enjoy Mexican food after the ruins and cenote visit. - This excursion is not suitable for travelers carrying luggage. Only small personal items, compact bags, or small backpacks may be brought. The vehicles are used to transport passengers throughout the route and continue operating with other guests, so they are not available for storing or safeguarding suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
- Since April 21, 2026, archaeological zones in Mexico have restricted access with backpacks and luggage as part of their security rules. We suggest entering with only the most necessary personal items, ideally things that can be kept in your pockets or in a small personal bag. Some exceptions may be accepted, such as diaper bags, but the final decision depends on the security staff at the site. Any item that is denied access by archaeological site personnel cannot be stored, guarded, or assumed as our responsibility.
