Some hotels, resorts, gated properties, or private complexes do not permit transportation vehicles to enter their facilities. In those cases, pickup will be scheduled at the closest entrance, access point, or authorized location available.

There are also accommodations located in areas where vehicle access may be difficult because of narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked access, or security restrictions. When this applies, the nearest practical meeting point will be assigned.

For the 9:00 AM tour, the estimated pickup windows are:
• Playa del Carmen: 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM
• Riviera Maya: 7:45 AM to 8:50 AM
• Tulum: 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM

For the 1:00 PM tour, the estimated pickup windows are:
• Playa del Carmen: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Riviera Maya: 11:40 AM to 12:50 PM
