Meeting and pickup
After immigration, take the escalator to baggage claim. Our red Viettel counters are located opposite baggage carousels 1 and 8, at both ends of the hall. If you arrive at carousels 4–6, simply walk to either end of the baggage claim area to find a Viettel counter.
What to expect
For maximum convenience, receive your eSIM via WhatsApp or email before arrival and activate it upon landing anywhere in Vietnam. If you prefer a physical SIM card, simply collect it 24/7 at the service counter at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
