Cruise passengers: Your guide will be just outside the cruise terminal. Please proceed to the main exit after disembarking. We monitor your cruise's arrival time and adjust the pickup if your ship is delayed. At the end of your tour, we'll ensure you return to the port well before your ship's departure.
Ferry passengers: Your guide will be waiting just outside the ferry terminal exit. We track ferry schedules and adjust pickup times in case of delays.
Airport arrivals: Your guide will meet you in the arrivals hall, after baggage claim and customs. We monitor your flight status and adjust pickup accordingly if your flight is delayed.
Hotel pickups: Your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at the agreed pickup time. Please provide your hotel name and address at booking.
