Two exhibitions with one ticket! Welcome to experience unforgettable moments of snow, ice, and gemstones in Kemi! In year-round snow and ice experience, you can immerse yourself in the true feeling of winter in this 400 square meters large cold experience room! Surrounded by snow walls and dazzling ice sculptures enjoy the feeling of cold winter and unforgettable moment by sliding down the ice slide or striking a royal pose on the icy throne for a memorable photos. The Gemstone Exhibition showcases enchanting jewelry and more then 700 different gemstones and semi-precious stones from Finland and around the world. Discover the hidden treasures of the Finnish soil and admire precise replicas of world-famous royal jewels, such as Queen Elizabeth’s crown and Marie Antoinette’s necklace. The exhibition is based on the extensive collection of the Kemi Gemstone Gallery, founded in 1986 by a renowned local goldsmith. Exhibitions are open all year-round.
