Please provide your hotel or accommodation name and full address at least 24 hours before the tour so we can confirm your pickup location and time.
If your accommodation is outside our pickup zone, we will arrange a convenient meeting point in a central location.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before the tour via the Viator messaging system or WhatsApp.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our guide will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before continuing with the tour.

Meeting Point: Puerta de los Leones, Bosque de Chapultepec, on Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure. Your guide will meet you at the entrance, and the vehicle will arrive on Paseo de la Reforma for pickup.
