• Depart from Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. • stop at the iconic Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore its ancient streets. • Pass through Ouarzazate for a quick view of the famous Kasbah Taourirt and film studios. • Journey through the lush palm groves of Skoura Oasis and the breathtaking Rose Valley. • Arrive to the Dades gorges by late afternoon, dinner and accommodation will be in a traditional Kasbah in the middle of the Dades gorges.
After breakfast, head towards Todra Gorges and enjoy a walk along the river in between the towering cliffs, surrounded the Rocky Mountains of the high Atlas. • Continue towards Tinjdad, passing traditional Berber villages, before arriving in Erfoud, renowned for its fossils and bustling market. • Reach Merzouga in the late afternoon, where you’ll be welcomed with mint tea. • Set out on a camel trek into the towering dunes of Erg Chebbi, witnessing the sun setting over the Sahara. • Spend the night in a standard desert camp, enjoying dinner under the stars with Berber music and storytelling around the campfire.
• Rise early to watch the spectacular sunrise over the sand dunes. • After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga village and head towards Rissani, famous for its ancient souk and history as a former caravan hub. • Travel through Alnif, a small village known for its fossil findings, before continuing on to Agdez, where the Draa Valley begins. • Follow the scenic Draa Valley, with its endless palm groves and kasbahs, before ascending back through the High Atlas Mountains. • Arrive in Marrakech by the evening, concluding the tour.
