Meeting and pickup
Complimentary hotel pickup is available only within downtown Jeju City (1–6 passengers).
We will send your exact pickup time, pickup location, and vehicle information via WhatsApp or Viator message one day before the tour.
If you use WhatsApp, communication will be faster and more convenient.
An additional pickup fee of KRW 70,000 applies for hotels outside Jeju City (e.g. Seongsan, Aewol, Seogwipo).
If your hotel is outside Jeju City or your group has 7–10 guests, please contact us before booking.
If your hotel is not listed, simply select a nearby hotel and send us a message with your actual pickup location.
Cruise passengers visiting Jeju Island cannot join the 5-hour tour option under any circumstances.
