Meeting and pickup
For arrivals at Jeju Airport, pickup will be arranged at Gate 5 of Jeju International Airport. (1 Floor, 5gate)
For departures to Jeju Airport, pickup will be arranged at your accommodation at your designated time.
If you wish to be picked up from Jeju Airport, please select Jeju Airport as your pickup location and 'Jeju island' as the drop-off location. (After making the reservation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide your hotel location.)
If you are transfer from your accommodation to Jeju Airport, please select your accommodation as the pickup location and Jeju Airport as the drop-off location.
We will contact you via a personal messenger one day prior to your service to confirm all details, including: (Exact pickup time, Vehicle number ,Number of passengers, Luggage information)
We will reach out via WhatsApp or any personal messenger (SNS). You may provide any messaging platform you prefer, and we will contact you accordingly. However, WhatsApp is the most convenient and recommended option.
Please note that if we are unable to establish direct contact with the driver, it may be difficult to ensure a smooth pickup. Therefore, it is essential that you provide a reachable messaging contact or WhatsApp number so that you can communicate with your driver without any issues.

You don't need to hassle with finding taxis or public transportation.
We provide pickup and sending services between the airport and accommodation safely for up to 6 people in spacious vehicles equipped with air conditioning.
For hotels located within Jeju City (inside the city area), they are generally within a 5 km radius of Jeju Airport.

- Pets may accompany passengers, but must remain inside an appropriate pet carrier or cage at all times. In the event of any damage or contamination to the vehicle, additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Please ensure you provide a reachable WhatsApp number or messenger contact so that you can communicate with the driver in real time.
- If you are unable to provide it during booking, kindly share your contact details via message after reservation. Additionally, please inform us of the number of luggage items in advance.
- For groups exceeding 6 passengers, kindly make two bookings. Depending on availability, two vehicles or a larger vehicle may be assigned.
- If your pickup or drop-off location is outside Jeju City but the booking was made under the Jeju City (inside) option, the price difference must be paid on site.
- The driver will wait for up to one hour from the scheduled pickup time. If no contact is made or real-time communication is not possible, the driver will depart, and the service will be non-refundable.
- Kindly include your flight number in the Special Request section at the time of booking, or share it with us via message after reservation.
