The company cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from missing room information, passengers not being present at the pickup location, or additional time required for the hotel check-out process.

After booking, please provide your hotel name, room number, flight number, and departure time.
Your pickup time will be carefully scheduled based on your hotel's location, the estimated 2.5-hour drive to Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ), and the recommended 3-hour advance arrival time for international flights.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will meet you in the lobby and assist you with your luggage before departing in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring maximum comfort, privacy, and flexibility throughout the journey. The journey typically takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on your hotel's location and traffic conditions.
