From the Airport to Your Hotel:
After completing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated arrival area. Your professional driver will be waiting for you inside the airport, holding a sign with your name.

Your driver will monitor your flight status and arrival time to ensure they are there when your flight lands. The driver will wait for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival of your flight.

From Your Hotel to the Airport:
Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time.

For airport departures:
- International flights: pickup is scheduled approximately 3 hours before departure.
- Domestic flights: pickup is scheduled approximately 3 hours before departure.

Flight Information:
Please make sure to provide the correct flight details when booking, including:
- Airline name
- Flight number
- Arrival or departure date
- Scheduled arrival or departure time

We monitor the flight information provided to us and check the airport flight board for delays, cancellations and updated arrival times.
If the flight number and airline information do not match the scheduled arrival or departure time, we will use the airline and flight number as the primary reference.
