Meeting and pickup
For your visit to Rabaçal, an official trail access ticket is required. You may purchase either the PR6.2, PR6.3. There is no need to purchase both.
Children under 12 years old or under 1.35 m in height are not permitted to participate due to child seat restrictions
This is a self-guided hike No guide accompanies you on the trail.
The service includes transportation the hike is undertaken independently by the customer.
Hiking involves natural risks, including uneven or slippery terrain, steep sections and changing weather conditions. Please follow official trail instructions and access restrictions.
Under Article 11 of Regional Legislative Decree No. 24/2022/M, trail users are responsible for their use of the hiking trail, as provided by law.
What to expect
On the day, meet your driver at the designated pickup point for your transfer to the starting area for Levada do Alecrim (PR6.2) and Vereda da Lagoa do Vento (PR6.3).
Before you leave the vehicle, your driver will explain the return arrangements and confirm the meeting point and pickup time.
You will then walk independently, without a guide accompanying you on the trails. Plan your walk according to your fitness level and allow enough time to return for the scheduled pickup.
After your walk, meet your driver at the agreed meeting point and time for the return transfer and drop-off at your designated location.
