If you're someone who values authentic cuisine in a real-home setting, this class is for you. Learn about the wide world of Indian home cooking and traditional textiles from our humble home in Hospet. We've traveled to every corner of India, collecting flavors, techniques, and traditions from small villages to big cities. You'll hear stories of real life in India and about our family's hundred-year history in textile collecting. From masala mixes to embroidery motifs, you'll learn what makes each Indian culture's cuisines and crafts unique.

In your booking, please let us know if there are specific dishes you'd like to make or regions you'd like to focus on; otherwise, we'll craft a unique menu for your group. We can also accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences—just let us know!

Your health is important to us; we follow food safety practices and use bottled water for washing fresh fruits and vegetables.
