Meeting and pickup
Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged from all major hotels in Zanzibar, including Stone Town, North Coast (Nungwi and Kendwa), and East Coast (Kiwengwa, Paje, Michamvi).
Please note that transfer times vary depending on your hotel location and selected helicopter departure point (Stone Town or Kiwengwa). Guests are advised to be ready at least 15–20 minutes prior to pick-up time.
Final pick-up details and exact timing will be confirmed upon booking.
Drop-off will be at the same location as pick-up unless otherwise arranged. We offer drop-off to all major hotels in Zanzibar, including Stone Town, North Coast (Nungwi & Kendwa), and East Coast (Kiwengwa, Paje, Michamvi).
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, the team will share all essential details including pick-up time, departure point (Stone Town or Kiwengwa), and contact information.
2. Pre-Arrival Coordination
The team will reconfirm your experience one day prior, ensuring all logistics are aligned and any special requests are noted.
3. Hotel Pick-Up
A professional driver will collect you from your hotel at the scheduled time in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Please be ready 15–20 minutes in advance.
4. Transfer to Helipad
You will be transferred to the designated helicopter departure point (Stone Town or Kiwengwa), with timing depending on your hotel location.
5. Arrival and Briefing
Upon arrival, you will receive a safety briefing from the helicopter team before boarding.
6. Scenic Helicopter Flight
Enjoy your 30-minute scenic flight over Zanzibar’s coastline, beaches, and iconic landmarks.
7. Landing and Assistance
After landing, the team will assist you and ensure a smooth transition to your return transfer.
8. Return Transfer and Drop-Off
You will be transferred back to your hotel or preferred drop-off location, completing your experience comfortably.
