What to expect

After baggage collection, proceed to the confirmed meeting point: Terminal 3 passengers meet the driver at Starbucks Coffee Shop, while at other terminals the driver waits in the designated meeting area with a name placard. Your driver assists with luggage before you travel in a clean, air-conditioned private vehicle chosen for your group size and baggage. For departures, pickup is from your hotel or residence at the confirmed time, followed by direct drop-off at the correct DXB terminal. Approximate travel time is 20–30 minutes for Zone 1, 45–60 minutes for Zone 2, and 60–80 minutes for Zone 3. Times vary with traffic. The service includes one pickup, one direct journey and one drop-off, with no shared passengers or unnecessary stops.
