1Cancun
Your day begins with shared pickup from Cancun or the Riviera Maya in a bus or minibus. During the morning route, travelers will receive a box lunch on board, making the first part of the journey practical and easy before heading toward Tulum. This opening transfer introduces a full-day route that combines coastal Maya history, cenote swimming, famous Tulum photo spots, buffet lunch, and free time in Playa del Carmen.

2Zona Arqueologica De Tulum
The first major visit is the Tulum Archaeological Zone, one of the most photographed Maya sites in the Mexican Caribbean. Here, travelers will have approximately 2 hours of free time to explore without a fixed guided rhythm. Guests can walk through the ancient city, admire the stone structures, take photos, and enjoy the scenery where Maya ruins stand near the Caribbean coastline. This stop allows each traveler to experience Tulum at their own pace, whether they want to focus on history, views, architecture, or memorable pictures.

3Cenotes Casa Tortuga
After the archaeological visit, the route continues to Casa Tortuga Cenotes, a natural freshwater area surrounded by the scenery that makes the Yucatan Peninsula so distinctive. The visit begins with a guided experience through the cenotes, giving travelers a better look at the natural environment and the importance of these formations in the region. Afterward, guests will have approximately 2.5 hours to swim, relax, take photos, and enjoy the cenote area at a comfortable pace. This part of the day offers a refreshing contrast after the time spent at the ruins.

4Escultura Ven A La Luz
The experience then continues with one of Tulum’s most recognizable modern landmarks: the Mother Nature sculpture, also known as Ven a la Luz. This stop adds an artistic and photo-focused moment to the route, showing a different side of Tulum beyond archaeology and cenotes. During this part of the day, travelers will also enjoy a buffet lunch, giving the group time to eat, recharge, and continue with the final section of the itinerary. The route also includes a short stop at the Tulum letters, a classic photo spot where guests can capture a fun memory of their visit.

5Playa del Carmen
The final visit takes place on Playa del Carmen’s Fifth Avenue, one of the most active pedestrian streets in the Riviera Maya. Travelers will have approximately 1 hour of free time to walk around independently. This time can be used to browse shops, look for souvenirs, take photos, enjoy the street atmosphere, or simply experience the music, lights, restaurants, and Caribbean town energy before returning.

6Cancun
After the visit to Playa del Carmen, transportation will begin the return route to the hotels or confirmed meeting points. The ride back takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and the day’s route. This final transfer closes a day that includes Tulum’s archaeological zone, Casa Tortuga Cenotes, Ven a la Luz, the Tulum letters, buffet lunch, and free time on Fifth Avenue.

We are not responsible for any item that is refused by the archaeological site. During this tour, travelers may leave belongings inside the transportation vehicle while completing the scheduled visits.

Guests cannot select a specific bus, minibus, seat, row, or space through the platform, at pickup, or directly with staff. Although our team will always try to keep the ride comfortable, no exact vehicle or seat can be reserved, blocked, or guaranteed.
- If you are traveling with friends, relatives, or another group under a different booking, please notify us before the tour date if you would like to travel together. When all travelers depart from the same accommodation, our team may try to coordinate the request, although it is not guaranteed. If the pickup points are in the same city but at different hotels, we may review the possibility, but traveling together still cannot be assured. Reservations departing from different cities cannot be coordinated in the same vehicle.
- This tour only includes pickup from the cities and zones listed in the Transportation section of the product. Travelers cannot join the experience directly at Chichen Itza, at any attraction on the itinerary, or at any location outside the approved pickup coverage. For example, arriving at Chichen Itza in your own vehicle to meet the group is not permitted. Pickup from a hotel within the listed service area, such as Moon Palace Resort, may be possible depending on the coverage shown for the tour. For safety, communication, and proper organization, every traveler must meet our team in the morning at the assigned pickup point, board the official transportation, and complete the required check-in process before the tour begins.
- If your reservation does not yet include a confirmed hotel or meeting point, this information must be sent to our team no later than the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the cutoff time is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the cutoff time is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. The information may be sent through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, last-minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If the required hotel or meeting point is not received on time, the reservation will automatically move to the next available date. This change has no additional cost, fee, or penalty. However, once the automatic rescheduling has been applied, the booking will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- The durations shown in the itinerary describe the full time assigned to each segment of the route. These times may include transportation between locations, the visit itself, activity time, boarding, organization, and the time needed to continue or return along the itinerary. They should not be interpreted as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please use the itinerary as an approximate guide to the overall flow of the day.
- Our team works to keep the experience as close as possible to the planned schedule. However, the timing of the tour also depends on guests being ready at pickup and returning on time at every stop. Traffic, road conditions, and route-related delays may also affect the schedule and are outside our control. Please follow the meeting times indicated by the guide and respect the time assigned at each location. Even a very small delay can accumulate during the day and affect the rest of the operation.
- The box lunch included with this experience is a fixed standard option. It cannot be changed, replaced, or adapted for dietary needs, food restrictions, allergies, personal preferences, or special requests.
- This experience includes a considerable amount of walking. Comfortable shoes and practical clothing are recommended so travelers can move around more easily throughout the day.
- Lunch is served as a regional Mexican buffet. Travelers may choose from the food available at the restaurant, including vegetarian options. At this time, the buffet cannot be customized for other specific dietary requirements, restrictions, allergies, or personal meal preferences.
