Noosa & Sunshine Coast, Australia

1 hour 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English

Fly above the Noosa River.

eFoiling is smooth, silent and unlike anything you've tried. Glide above the water with no wake and no noise. It's easier than it looks - 95% of our guests are flying in their first session.

Your instructor takes you from a jetty briefing to lying on the board, then kneeling, then standing, then flying. You'll get coaching the whole way, at your own pace.

We ride the calm, sheltered waters of the Noosa River, heading up toward the Great Sandy National Park. It's a great place to learn, and you might spot pelicans, rays or sea eagles along the way.

Perfect for beginners, and if you've eFoiled before, we'll help you progress your riding skills. Max 3 group size

You’ll also learn the hand signals we use on the water.

Heading up river
We travel up the Noosa River to a calm natural spot at the start of the Great Sandy National Park. There’s plenty of open water, bushland along the banks. Spotting local wildlife on the way.

Learning to ride (1 hour 15 minutes on the water)
You’ll learn in stages, moving on when you’re ready:

Lying or sitting on the board to get used to the throttle
Riding on your knees at low speed to find your balance.
Standing up and cruising with the board on the water.
Adding a little speed so the foil lifts the board up and you’re flying above the surface.

Your instructor stays with you the whole time, giving you tips as you go. Most people are flying within their first session.

Already eFoiled before?
Your instructor will work on a few small adjustments to help your riding progress, such as smoother turns or holding a steady height.
