Over the course of the experience learn a recipe faithful to tradition, exploring authentic techniques that make this candy so special.
Put your hand in the different stages of the recipe distributed between the group, promoting a dynamic, collaborative and fun environment. From the preparation of the pasta to the creamy filling and the perfect baking, every detail is carefully explained.
