Pickup details:

Door-to-door private service: Please provide your hotel name, full address, or private accommodation details in Florence at the time of booking.

Pickup location:Your driver will meet you directly in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your private residence. If your accommodation is located in a restricted pedestrian area (ZTL), we will arrange.

Communication: We will contact you via WhatsApp or email the day before your tour to confirm your exact pickup time and driver details.
